CityPlace Uncorked is proud to present special musical guest:

B.B. King Pure Blues Band.

The band will perform during CityPlace Uncorked at the Harriet Himmel Theater on Thursday, August 6th.

Formed in 2007, the B.B. King Pure Blues Band blends blues, funk, and rock together to create an exciting and unique sound.

Performing weekly at B.B. Kings Blues Club in Orlando, they have evolved into a band like no other. With many influences surrounding the band, each individual brings their own freshness to the table.

Patrick Barth (Guitar) influences like Buddy Guy, Jimi Hendrix, and Steve Cropper brings a true voice to blues and soul music.

Phil Johnson (Drums) influences such as Sting, Dennis Chambers, and Will Kennedy presents an earthy yet raw rhythmic bliss.

Chris Baptiste (Organ and Keyboards) influences consist of Stevie Wonder, Doobey Powell, and Chick Corea which brings a melodic paradise.

LaVon Rushing (Bass) influences are Stanley Clarke, Victor Wooten, and Bill Dickens.

With the mix of these four guys and what they put into the music, the outcome is always great music.
